Christina Connor, BA, CPS

Director of Programs

Chris joined the staff in 1998 to coordinate two prevention programs, and in 2003 was promoted to a created position, now entitled of Director of Programs. In this role, Chris assists the Executive Director with program development, outcome tracking, overall program quality and communications initiatives, and serves as a member of the Management Team.

In addition, Chris served as the lead staff person on our 18-month business process improvements project with support from the NH Charitable Foundation and New Futures. Previously, Chris served as an integral part of the NH District Court's collaborative project with the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation to help courts and communities work together more closely to benefit youth.

Before joining The Youth Council, Chris worked at Community Council of Nashua and Nashua Children's Home.

Chris earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminal Justice from Saint Anselm College in 1992 with a concentration in Sociology, and became Certified as a Prevention Specialist in 2008. In addition, Chris is a member of the Leadership Greater Nashua class of 2004 and participated in New Futures' Community Leadership Institute training program.

During her free time, Chris enjoys reading, playing sports, and special times with friends and family.
